Macopa Kennels are a small kennel that was formed in late 1979.We purchased our first OES Hollyhams Barney Barnes of Macopa(Barney)who gained 7 Res.CC's followed by our foundation bitch Ch. Southview Canterbury Belle of Macopa(Becky) who gained 12 CC's & 12 Res. CC's.

One of our most famous dogs was our import Int. UK Ch.Zermatt Aus dem Elbe Urstromital(Tarzan) who gave much to the breed both here in the UK & on the continent.Gaining 14 CC's & 4 Res.CC's in the UK.His first CC & BOB came the day after he came out of quarantine under Mr.Mark James.He then went on to gain 3rd in the Working Group.

At the present time we have 8 Bobtails & our latest addition the latest being Brinkley Buddy Holly With Macopa.


We have had the pleasure of judging both in the UK & Europe & have travelled as far as Australia Judging.During this time we have made many friends & enjoyed both the social & showing side of owning a bobtail. Both of us are involved with The Old English Sheepdog Club Of The UK Pauline as Secretary & Colin as Colin is  Chairman of The Old English Sheepdog Club.This Involves many hours of work but well worthwhile,for the preservation of our breed.
